Just a short note to say a big thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment. The apartment was more than expected both in terms of size and location. A 5 minute walk to the beach and Pine Walk, the apartment is ideally located for restaurants, shops, bars and amenities. The apartment is well kept, modern and has everything needed for a family holiday including a washing machine which we found really useful! It is also lovely and quiet and all of the other guests were very nice! Pool is lovely and warm in the summer and able to get a lounger easily! What we liked about the Peurto Pollensa was how safe and beautiful it was with a background of stunning mountains and gorgeous beachfront setting. A very relaxing holiday!

We spent a week in this lovely apartment in August 2018. It was perfect for our family of four and our teenage boys got a bedroom each and their own bathroom. The location is ideal, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and with an abundance of restaurants we were spoilt for choice. The bus station and taxi rank are only a short stroll away too, we went to the water park in Alcudia and had an evening in the enchanting town of Pollensa. If you fancy a trip out on a boat you won't be disappointed we had a fantastic time. This apartment is in a great location and we would certainly stay in it again.

Absolutely fantastic family holiday. The apartment and the pool area is gorgeous and provided everything we needed and more.
The beach in Puerto Pollensa is five minutes stroll away and provided a totally relaxed space. As a family we felt happy letting the teenagers explore on their own whilst my husband and I chilled on the beach or hung out in one of the lovely bars on the seafront.
Thoroughly recommend this as a holiday venue that suits all ages and very much looking forward to returning to Jo and Dave’s gorgeous apartment

Fantastic, high spec apartment in great, relaxed location!
The property was perfect for our family of six.
Bedrooms – comfortable, clean beds & rooms.
Bathrooms – clean and nice standard.
Kitchen – spacious & very well equipped, we wanted for nothing
Lounge – nice space with quality TV, not that we used it…
Pool – outside area is very well maintained with a nice shaded lawn area next to the pool.
Location – it’s great, nice quiet area, with lots of free, safe parking.
We walked to the sea front in less than five minutes. The beach is superbly relaxed with lots of little areas, ideal for families, clean & safe. There are plenty of nice restaurants & bars.
I would thoroughly recommend this property and will be going back next year, thanks David.

The apartment in Port de Pollensa was just perfect for us all, our arrival was greeted with chilled wine and a spotlessly clean apartment, it has a very spacious and modern feel about it and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. Every amenity you may need was more than catered for.
The pool area was immaculately kept with plenty of loungers for all guests and natural tree shade if needed. A 5-minute stroll took you down to the beautiful beach with all its bars and restaurants, where every food or drink preference was catered for.
We would thoroughly recommend this apartment, from the moment we arrived we knew we would be booking for next year. Thank you so much Dave and Jo, what a fantastic place you have.
